Our Board
MMI is connected with many different friends, pastors, churches and organisations around the world that provide healthy accountable relationships and wisdom. This ensures integrity and effectiveness in our mission.

Our board is made up of people from various walks of life, who offer a wealth of experience, encouragement and skill to MMI. We are extremely thankful for each of them.
​
Here are a few that we would like to introduce you to.
​
Andy and Laura Rook
Andy and Laura are great friends of MMI. They are on the leadership team at Oasis Church (Elim Church), Portsmouth, UK and Andy is the Assistant Pastor. Laura is a well-loved worship leader. They have 2 beautiful boys, Reuben and Benjamin, who are both full of life.
Andy also works as a Fire Fighter in the city, and Laura works for Portsmouth Mediation Service as a Restorative Practitioner.
They are both passionate about Jesus and sharing His love with everyone they meet. They are really fun to be around and have huge hearts for people. They can often be found, with their boys, in the city centre playing uplifting music and encouraging people in prayer.
They love spending time with their family, and love to sing and write songs together.
Andy and Laura bring so much strength and wisdom to the MMI team, we are so blessed to have them on our board.
Ollie and Mary Jane are both strong prophetic voices and have spoken into our lives for many years. We cherish their friendship and their counsel.

They are both ordained ministers and have been involved in the local church for many years. They have a huge heart for Jesus and are passionate about seeing the captives set free. They are prayer warriors and are able to minister to people from all walks of life through their deliverance ministry.
​
They are incredible supporters of mission's on a local and international level. Ollie and Mary Jane are close friends of MMI and we are so blessed to continue to glean from their wisdom.
​
They live in Texas and have a very fun and fulfilled life.

Adrienne McKinney
Adrienne is a missionary partnering with Iris Global. She has staffed missions' schools with them for the last few years and has been an integral part of leading worship and mentoring students. She has travelled extensively around the globe and is well loved by everyone she meets, she has a great sense of humour and fun, and is a joy to be around. She has copious amounts of experience and wisdom from ministering in different cultures.
​
She is passionate about showing people the depth of Jesus' love for them. She loves empowering people to find out what drives them and brings them life, and helping them walk into doing that.
​
Adrienne enjots everything creative, including music, wood working and crafts. If there is a creative project, she wants to get her hands on it.
​
We are so blessed to have her on the MMI Board.
Laura is a missionary serving in Eastern Europe. She graduated from BSSM School of Ministry in Reading, CA and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University.
​
She has had a heart for missions and the nations since she was a child and has experience in staffing mission schools, such as Iris Global's Harvest Schools, inspiring others to know their calling on the mission field.
​
Laura is passionate about families walking in health and wholeness. Her heart burns to see people embrace their true identity and releasing Heaven into the culture around them.
​
She loves prophetic art, Pilates, horseback riding, travelling, and has recently expanded to the study of Romanian as a second language.
​
We are beyond blessed to have Laura as an active member on the MMI board. She offers our team a wealth of knowledge and expereince, as well as a heart of love and encouragement.
Laura Everett
Paul and Marie Pigney
Paul and Marie are a great couple who have been friends with us for many years. Paul is a builder and Marie works as a part time stock taker, they also let/rent houses in the UK.
​
Both are involved in their local church, serving in the band, and other areas. They are passionate about Jesus and seeing other people's lives transformed by the Gospel. They love to share the Good News with everyone they meet and are a great support to so many.
​
Paul loves to walk, cycle, and share his faith. He doesn't believe he is a natural evangelist, but he has made it his mission. Marie loves to meet up for coffee with friends, and spend time with the family and their beautiful granddaughter. They both love to travel the world.
​
Both Paul and Marie offer MMI so much support and encouragement, we are honoured to have them serve with us.
Brian and Melanie have been in church leadership for a combined total of over 50 years. They are currently part of the oversight team of their local church. As well as this, Melanie facilitates midweek prayer, and Brian teaches at the church’s Bible Academy. Work wise, Melanie is a Destiny and Leadership Coach, and Brian teaches at a local secondary school. Together they minister to emerging and established leaders, bringing a prophetic edge to their discipleship, encouraging and teaching.
Brian has been in church leadership, as a worship leader, bible teacher and pastor for over 30 years across Gloucestershire, Surrey and Hampshire. He is always looking to go deeper into the Bible and enjoys nothing more than helping others unpack the mysteries for themselves. He has a lifelong background in performing arts, including stand-up comedy! He teaches Maths in a local secondary school and in his free time loves to walk the family’s dogs and write books!
Melanie loves Jesus, people and excellent coffee! She has served in local church leadership for over 20 years in hospitality, pastoral and discipleship roles. Melanie is a coach and her greatest desire is to see people walk in freedom, know their true identity as children of God, understand their unique purpose and step into the fullness of their destiny. Melanie loves spending time with her grandchildren, gathering with family and friends over food or coffee and being at the beach.

We love them and they offer so much wisdom, depth and support to MMI.
